Hello!! need help. have TPS went to interview for adjustment of status did not get approve because I have a removal order since 1996 and I did not know about it. my lawyer told me to apply for Advance Parole and just o to mexico and come back, he say I should be ok since I have a TPS, but I am scare, I am waiting on my advance Parole to get approve. he toll me after I come back I will be able to adjust my status. any body experience something like this? please I need help. thanks.
