Hello everyone,
Please i need some advice before make the mistake of my life,my us citizen wifes plans on filling for me in a few weeks time we married last month.now my concerns are
1. When i came in this country last year On a B1 visa i worked illegally using someones ssn and my real name and used to get pay checks and depositing in my account am afraid that this will affect my chances of getting a green card.
What does back ground check invove do they even check if some one worked illigally? I worked in some kitchen in a resturant
Please has anyone or anyone u know has been in this situation and they successfully go the GC?
When fulling out the forms do they ask if you have worked here before?if yes cant i just say i never worked???please comments and experiences will be greatly appreciated.
