Folks,
I have a question about processing times.
The USCIS website currently states that they are processing cases as of date July 28 2016.
What does that date mean exactly?
Is this the priority date you get during the Labor Certification or is it the date USCIS receives your package for Adjustment of Status (I-485)?
My priority date from LCA is 11/2013 and I will be submitting the I-485 package this month 2/2017.
Which date concerns me when I check this table?
