Hi,
application filed - 9/7/16
PD- 9/26/16
biometrics 10/18/16
received rfe - 10/23/16- dated 10/17/16 (sponsor info- they said sponsor doesn't meet requirement (but they did so we sent in a updated and detailed explanation/proof)
submitted rfe but they didn't update until 11/28
so raised request for 765 - work permit, on 12/29/16 , they replied saying will contact. but i got a status update on 1/3/17 sent work permit in mail.
so now i am waiting for 485 greencarid interview or something, i haven't received anything from them, i can't file it a request it says case is under normal processing time.
So my question is do i wait until march 26 17? it ll be 6 months since i filed the documents?
