Here I ‘d like to share my experience when I am anxiously waiting an interview.
Adjustment of status based on a happy marriage, lol, except the anxiety caused by my case.
5/4/2016, Application (I485, I130, I 765) were mailed.
5/12/2016, got a text said a receipt was mailed.
5/15/2016, got a mail of I797C, name was spelt wrong.
5/17/2016, called USCIS to make a correction of my name.
5/20/2016, Information about fingerprint,
5/31/2016, went to ST. PAUL office to do fingerprint.
6/22/2016, online status updated, interview was ready to be scheduled.
7/28/ 2016, online status updated, but still said interview was ready to be scheduled.
7/29/2016, I766 was ordered and going to be mailed.
8/3/2016, I766 was mailed.
8/8/2016, name was updated.
THAT IS ALL WHAT HAPPENED, NO ANY MORE UPDATE DUTING THE PAST 7 MONTHS.
I used INFOpass three times without getting any information I wanted. I was told THE ONLY WAY I CAN GO IS TO WAIT.
Anyone who has similar experience, please do not hesitate to say something. DO THEY FORGET ABOUT MY CASE? IS THERE ANYWAY I COULD KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON?
