Need advice
Hi everyone, i have two case pending of is aos through spouse and the second Daca. The aos had an rfe, i was told by a rep that it wouldnt effect my timeline, i put in a service request because it has fallen out of processing timeline. The service request stated otherwise that my timeline did restart because of the rfe. Even though its initial evidence the rep said that because it was on the i485 and not on the i765 that it wouldnt effect me, so i have another month until that.
As for the daca the processing time is 105 days and im at around 130, i put in a service request and havent heard back yet. I asked to have my case expedited and was told that its not a thing they do. I scheduled a info pass but that wont happen until two weeks after my work permit expires. I am about to lose my job, what are my remaining options, im desperate?
