I-485, I-765 waiting and No Biometric Appointment
I already have an approved I-130 Petition. It was approved in December 2016. My wife is a U.S Citizen. Then I know filed filled for I-485 and I-765 in January, 2017 . My current status is B2 visa. Below are the Timeline.
01/25/2017- Sent I-485, I-765, I-864EZ, I-693, G-325a, G-1145.
01/27/2017 - All Form were delivered at Chicago Lockbox
02/09/2017 - Received Email/Text Message.
02/13/2017 - Received NOA for I-485 and I-765 with receipt numbers
No Biometric Appointment yet.
I am supposed to receive Biometric Appointment by now but have not received any yet. My Online Status is still showing "on February 7, 2017 we received your Biometric Fee for Form I-485"
I reside with my beautiful wife in Texas. Is it because I have an already approved I-130 Petition that made me not to have received biometric appointment by now ? Also, does anyone know how I can expedite my I-765 ?
