Marriage based AOS in NJ
Hey folks,
Any Marriage based AOS folks here from NJ. My PD is 9/22/16. EAD/AP all done. Waiting for the I-130 and I-485 AOS interview. I was told by my lawyer that my I-130 is being processed at NBC. Not sure where to find the current status of NBC Processing times. USCIS has it but i dont see the I-130 in there. I-130 is done at NBC and then they send the AOS I-485 to the local field office?
Please help me understand this. Thanks.
