Hello guys,
I was going to do groceries today when I spot a car that was parked close to my car. The person inside had green vest. They then changed spot and parked on the other side of the parking. Eventually, they left right before I did. I could see that they had sign of the star right by their car plate in the back. Is it what I think it is?
