Hi everyone, I have two questions about the Rfe I received last week.
My husband and I are university students so we don't have enough income.
But we do have more than enough assets. (over 65000 in our bank accounts.)
The rfe says that the account balance is averaged over 12 months, so then we don't have enough.
I am wondering if we could just use this money to buy bonds right now? Some bond that matures over a year or so, would that be good enough?
Also, they asked for tax forms, but my husband (USC) just turned 18 last september and hasn't filed tax before. Do they want his tax forms as a dependent of his parents or shall we submit the tax forms that we file together this year? I am 20 and I have filed W2 last year.
We are trying to make an InfoPass appointment but there's no availability, any tips for that?
