Work Permit Renewal - Congress Help
Hi Everyone....
Need your help and experience because Im getting worried I made a mistake. I asked for help from Congress and now USCIS has responded to him they are going to ask for more evidence from me (guess it will be to demonstrate Severe Financial loss since I told the congressman I was going to lose my job). Now Im worried that this might delay and affect my chances of doing this quickly or timely.
Please give me your advice with your experience.
This is my timeline:
11/02/16: Work permit renewal application.
12/12/16: Application sent back cause lawyer made a mistake on the amount to send
12/19/16: Work permit renewal Application sent again
1/4/17: Expiration of Work Permit
2/15/17: They stop paying me at work
2/21/17: Contact Congress for help to expedite process after hearing experiences here.
2/27/17: Receive a letter from Congressman that USCIS is going to ask for more evidence
