L2 EAD Renewal - Day 82
Dec 8 - EAD Renewal request receipt received by USCIS
Jan 20 - Expedite Request submitted on basis on single daughter
Jan 30 - Expedite Request rejected on basis of evidence not attached ( evidence was not asked )
Jan 20 - Request submitted to ask if bitometrics is auto approved
Jan 30 - Biometrics auto approved
Feb 23rd - Service request raised with USCIS to understand why EAD renewal card is getting delayed
Feb 28th - Still awaiting response of the service request
In between all this, spoken to the L2 Officers and they say renewal period can be between 90 days and 5 months.
I have also take an Infopass appointment for 6 th March. Thats the latest I could get.
Is there anything else friends you can suggest to help me receive the EAD card at the earliest ?
