Hi guys, I am practically at the end of my green card journey. This forum has been extremely helpful to me. This time I would like to share my experience with you.
I am a New York Filer.
04/15/16 Got married to a US Citizen
05/06/16 Sent I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 and G-325
05/09/16 My documents were received
05/21/16 Biometrics notice in the mail
06/01/16 Biometrics done
08/02/16 EAD + advance parole is being produced
08/05/16 I received my combo card
08/10/16 Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
01/19/17 I received the interview notice
02/22/17 Interview
02/23/17 Your case has been approved
02/28/17 Received a letter that is stating that my case has been accepted and I shall receive my green card within the next 3 weeks.
It took me almost a year to become a permanent resident, but it was worth it. I wish all of you guys best of luck on your own journey.
