wait for a scheduled interview
Hello, I would like to share my timeline so far. I'm from Wichita, Kansas, and I came over by F1 visa, still a full time student.
11/14/16: I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131 cases were received.
12/22/16: got a RFE for W2, and tax return due to my husband income didn't meet their requirements.
12/23/16: got done a biometric appointment
1/9/17: sent the RFE back to them, my mother in-law becomes my sponsor.
1/10/17: Received response of the RFE from NBC and they was working on my case
1/20/17: I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
2/14/17: New card being produced for combo card
2/16/17: Combo card in hand and an approval notice for combo card
And I have 2 question, I haven't seen my priority date on any notice papers, they just have a receipt date (11/24/016). So which one is my priority day? 11/24/16 or 11/14/16( the date they received my case). And do you guys know how long it suppose to take to schedule my interview is?
