Adjustment of Status - I-485

Anybody else got this.
So I have marriage base AOS filed, I filed I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765 at first I couldn't get a update my case but after a couple of months the updates started coming regularly, the latest being this morning my EAD/AP was approved and received by me but the update I got this morning on my I-131 is that the post office returned the document to them as undeliverable. I have my EAD/AP so I don't know what the post office return to them, I called USCIS they said I should ignore case status but have this every happen to anyone else?
