Is filing a service request for EAD after 75 days any helpful?
Hello,
I am approaching the 75 day mark and was wondering if raising a service request for EAD would speed up its process? Has any one had positive experiences regarding the service request?
My application is a marriage based AOS and PD of Dec 22nd. As of February 17, my case is ready to be scheduled for interview (which, I'm guessing, means everything is in order and no RFEs).
