i-693 gonorrhea annotation
Hi,

I have submitted my AOS package a few months ago. My I-693 has annotation in section 5 (c) : gonorrhea (test_type) - negative, date. I guess it is what is required by Uscis. However, no lab reports were attached to I-693 (only form itself was put in the envelope).

I am wondering if it is fine or I should go get a new form sealed with attached lab reports to avoid getting rfe? Could anyone share their experience?
