Hi guys,
I need your help on this one. I called for SR about 10 days ago and my confirmation number starts T1B### I have not received email nor regular mail about same, anyway I went on to their website and I see it says as if Feb21 your case has not been assigned for processing. What can I do to get some info on same. I see other people did service request on that day and theirs started with SR and they received update on theirs. I'm so frustrated right now
