I NEED HELP PLS!!
Hi all out there. pls help if you are or have experienced similar situation as mine.
FIRSTLY, i filed for i-130 with my wife on December 3, 2013
went for first and second interviews and got denied in April 2015.
SECONDLY, l divorced my wife, filed for VAWA with the help of a lawyer on June 29, 2015 and got approved on April 2, 2016
THIRDLY, l filed for i-765 and i-485 on April 29, 2016 through the same lawyer with the VERMONT office of USCIS
l went for the finger print appointment on June 2 2016
NEXT, l received a letter from VERMONT office that my case (i-485) has been transferred to another office (Missouri) for faster processing
On September 14, 2016 , l received RFE from Missouri office USCIS. The notice said that they could not find my medical report. But i should wait and bring the report when i am called for an interview or better still, if they realized that my case does not need an interview, they would indicate an address that i would mail the medical report to.
i made inquiries via their 800....23 telephone but received a feedback that they cannot give me any information on my case and that my lawyer or l can write a letter to them. My lawyer has made several inquires but no response.
UP TILL NOW, NO EAD and NO i-485 INTERVIEW SCHEDULE.
is any one with similar experience.? i need your help pls!!
