I 485 - Advice on Gonorrhea test results
Hi All,
Please advice. I have my pd 10 Sept for marriage based AOS. I finished my i 485 interview in early Feb and i 130 got approved same day but didn't hear on i485 except the IO telling me that it is approved and gave me a letter statingt " recommended for approval".
Now my question is - over here I have been reading that off lately they have been receiving RFEs for Gonorrohea testing and asking them to submit it with results. Whereas I checked with my Dr who did my I 693 and he said at that time they were not informed about it and thats why they had given the medical results in the old format only. Is there a chance of receiving an RFE for that considering my PD is Sept last year and has anyone received it too yet ? My IO never told me anything about medical results whereas only told me that it was good.
Secondly, what if I receive an RFE ? What are the next steps ?
Just wondering it has been more than a month and still have not heard anything on GC.
