Applying for Advance parole with one disorderly conduct arrest ?
Please I need advice ASAP. I am seeing a lawyer this monday March 6th with a lawyer about applying for Emergency Advance Parole to D.R to see my ill mother who is getting a surgery on the 18th that I have not seen for over 22 years. I Had any one after Jan 22th with one arrest or multiple arrest in the( over 10 years or less ) entry, passed immigration with no problems or know some one that did it came back safed ? If please so I would love to hear some insight to help me make a decision ? If I decided I will make a short visit of 2 dayside you guys already know what is going with DACA.
