RFE after 485 Interview
Hello Fam
Just a quick one, we had our interview on 02/01/2017, at the end, IO printed off a document that has our both names to sign which reads in part " pursuant to section bla de bla ... Act, you have been granted conditional permanent resident status in the US effective the date of approval of your adjustment application.
IO also gave us RFE which we did respond to on 02/23/2017. Till date there is no update on our case not even the 130 has been approved (not even an indication that our RFE was received-interview scheduled ).
Question:
when would/will/is our case be effective?
how much time do we have to wait?
does anyone/everyone receive such kind of word(just a regular A4 paper) document letter quoted above?
do we have any cause to be worried about anything?
