My thoughts...to the best of my knowledge
A lot for you guys have questions about the updated medical requirements. I got a new medical that I will take to my interview on tuesday, as my first medical was done before August 2016 and I noticed ppl getting RFE for an updated one, hence to avoid a RFE I'm taking an updated one to the interview.

Now I didn't know the lab report for the gonorrhea test needed to be attached to the form in the sealed envelope, but thank god for the civil surgeon who did mine, she was the one who told me that they needed the lab test report, I didn't asked why. My assumption is that the i-693 form doesn't have the updated field for added the gonorrhea result adequately so they need the lab report as additional prove.

In addition, I did read where ppl are getting an RFE or even denial notice because their updated medical didn't contain the lad report.

In conclusion, we never know what kind of officer you gonna be dealing with, some may not asked where is the lab report while theres others who are overly competent ( if there's such a thing) lol and frankly obnoxious so I say it's better to be safe than sorry and make sure that the surgeon did include the lab report. Besides what more stress can it be to just put it in the envelope. Remember your surgeon actually gets the lab report back from the lab so all they need to do is make a copy and put it in the envelope and seal it.

Cheers.
