RFE on EAD
I sent an SR on my 75th day, my PD is Dec. 5, 2016.. Last saturday I got an email saying that because they received our RFE (tax returns) last January 18 they are still in normal processing.. EAD is 90 days after they received the RFE..
So "initial evidence" like tax returns and affidavit of support clearly affects the EAD... *sigh*
