Hello everybody,
I wanted to share my experience with you on my N-400 so far...

So I wait and wait, wait, wait...I got frustrated and so I called customer service on Friday 03/03/2017. They don't know anything other that what they read in-front of their screen. So, I asked to be transferred to a Level 2 IO. Level 2 IO calls me back after 3 hours and tells me " Oww we scheduled your interview for 04/10/2017. We are sorry we didn't update it online. If you don't receive the letter by 04/05 call us and we will fax it to you". I was like wow... thank you and hang up. I will update you on how it goes.
What I learned is you need to call them ASAP. If you get the feeling that this is taking too long do no hesitate to call. If I didn't call I probably would have missed my interview.
