SR for OPT EAD card today and it will take 30 days to response
Hello all,
My case for EAD card (I-765) for first time OPT received on 12/16/2016. I did not receive request for any additional document. After 80 days I called NCSC for a service request (SR). The customer care rep. provided me a confirm. no. for SR and said they will respond by 30 days by phone or email or mail.
How long usually it takes for SR to process? What else I can do to expedite. I will talk to my University soon to get help.
