Still no EAD/AP
Hello everyone,
Our PD is Nov. 22nd, 2016 and we still have no EAD/AP and no further updates either. We have raised 3 service requests, contacted our Congressman, and now contacted our Senator as well. We call USCIS everyday and talk to a T2 officer to just hear the same thing... "we are working on it and just a little bit behind. You need to wait patiently". I don't know how much longer we have to keep waiting. It is getting really ridiculous at this point. We have completed 105 days and still have nothing and no RFE.
Our application is in Lee Summit, MO. Anyone experiencing something similar? We are really losing hope.
