Hello everyone, i will keep this as short as possible.
I mailed out my application, I-130,i-485,i-131 a few weeks ago. Few days later, i was going thru the copies and found out one of the forms was not signed. Fearing the application will be rejected and I will be out of status soon, I decided to withdraw the application and start all over. I put a stop order on the check. However, because USCIS cashes check via ETF, my check was cashed and in processing. Also I got email and text notification. The following day, the money was back in my account, obviously due the stop order on the check. i called USCIS they said they won' resubmit the check but will send my package back. Been waiting and haven't heard from them. Meanwhile, I got i-797 two days ago. Does anyone have idea what I could possibly expect?
