I am about to submit my i130 ,i485, and i765 next week. I just got married to a US citizen 3 weeks ago and i am cofused about the affidavit of support. My husband did not work throughout last year and he said he won't be filing for 2016 until next year. I am on OPT and i made about 23,000 last year.
My aunt is willing to be our sponsor if i neccesary. What document should i request from her? Should i just say my aunt is the only sponsor and i shouldnt add any of my tax info to my application ? Help me guys
