Word From Late Nov 2016 filers????
Congratulations to all the people who just got their EAD approved! I know how long of a wait that's been.
However, I need from any people with PDs between Nov 21 and Dec 2.
I heard from people in early to mid-Nov getting approvals and now people from the second week in Dec, but barely anyone from the above time period. My PD is Nov 28 btw. I haven't received any RFEs and my case was updated to 'Ready to Schedule Interview' since Jan 27. However, I know the ATL field office is backed up by at least 7 months, so I'm not concerned about that right now (people with ATL as their field office with PDs in July did interviews in February, so they seem on track there).
I called USCIS on Monday, and spoke to a L2 officers who said it would be two weeks before they reply to my SR, so to 'hang in there'.
Anyone have any enlightening information?
