DENIED APPlICATION AFTER FIRST RFE
I filed for adjustment of status on Nov 29. My husband did not meet the income requirements so i showed enough assets.Still i got RFE. I send out everything again and today i go the update that my application is denied. I really do not know why, but I am totally devastated. I will have to appeal the decision but i cant believe this happened. Anyone whose application was denied before scheduling interview?. I have job offer of 60k but cant work without EAD and now this happens. I have been on student visa for last 7 years. Got 2 degrees here. MBA, Accounting about to take CPA license exam.Had 2 EADs earlier and guess did not get picked in H1B lottery last year. I have spent so much that It is really hard for me now and now this.
