FINALLY EAD APPROVED!!!
Just wanna say it has been a brutal waiting period and 107 days later EAD was finally approved!!!!!!! And now the wait begins for scheduling an interview but since our field office is Newark, NJ I anticipate waiting at least another 9 months. My husband can finally work! Thank you all on this forum for giving us hope and encouraging us to keep our fingers crossed. Here is our timeline.

Documents mailed to USCIS: Nov. 18th, 2016
PD: Nov. 22nd, 2016
Fingerprint fee received: Dec. 5th, 2016
Biometrics appointment completed: Jan. 6h, 2017.
wait...wait....wait.....75 days pass....
Contacted Congressman: 2/14/17
First SR filed: Feb. 16th, 2017
more time passes.... 90 days pass....
Second SR filed through a T2 officer: 2/24/2017
more time passes... they tell us regulatory time frame doesn't matter only their processing times are important.
Contacted the Senator: 3/3/17
Third SR filed: 3/4/17
And then more time....now passed even their processing times.
Last SR filed for going beyond processing time: 3/9/17
EAD approved!!!- "new card produced": 3/9/2017- @ 6pm
