Hello,
My PD is december, 09, 2016 for I-485 and I-765 based on marriage. Got my fingerprints in Memphis on january, 12, 2017. Since this date I don't have any updates on my case. On february, 23, 2017 I send a case inquiry for the EAD. They reply on march, 08,2017 that it is ,, within our current processing time''. Today is 91 days so I called USCIS and asked to speak with a level 2 officer. They put me on hold, but I left a message with my name and number and they called me back after 2h. The officer told me that they change the time frames for EAD meaning that it can take up to 6 months and it will be the same for the advance parole. When I wanted to submit again an inquiry on their e-request page you cannot find in that list of forms the I-765. Does anyone experience the same response? Should I make a new request and how?
