Adjustment based on Marriage to lpr
Hello,
I am an adjustment of status applicant based on marriage to GC holder. My I-130 petition was approved almost two years ago with PD june 5th,2015. Based on the new early filing cutoff date published in USCIS website I filed I-485 last year and it has been in the status "Fingerprint Fee Received" since then. Now my PD is going to be current from next month (April) so what should I do next? Should I wait for the status to change to interview or should I open a case with USICS office for an update? Also my medical is about to expire so do I need to do the medical again?
Also, My Baby was born after I launch the I-485 application last year so do I need to update USICS about this as well if during the interview I want to bring my kid?
