Here is my experience so far.

Since August, I didn't get any updates until yesterday. At the beginning of February I spoke to L2 who told me that my papers in field office and wait for their turn to be scheduled. He mentioned that within two month I should receive notice. His call relieved me. But then nothing happened, so I decided to schedule infopass. Yesterday, I went for my infopass. Officer was very pleasant guy, and at the very beginning he couldn't even find me in the system. He looked confused and asked how I even filed my application. I said that I filled out papers and sent to Arizona. Then he kept searching me and still looked confused. Finally I suggested him to look at all letters I received from USCIS. After that, he finally found me and said that his system shows that my papers in Missouri National Benefit Center. Then I told him that L2 officer told me that my papers are already in field office. Finally he said that citizenship process is long and can take up to 1 year. He said to go home and wait for my turn. Totally desperate, I went home. At night, I randomly decided to check uscis.gov, and WOW i got interview scheduled!!! Today morning, myaccount site uploaded PDF.
The moral is to never give up and do as much as you can. Call L2s, go to infopass, and your case will move on for sure. I wish everybody patience and luck!
