Just got off the phone with a very very nice tier 2 officer. About my 2nd RFE which I assume will be about I come
Here's what she said for those interested
- if 2016 is income, taxes filed she said it's good to go
- even if 2015 income isn't enough, if 2015 is enough then it's fine
-no assets or joint sponsor required
- it won't hold up the RFE processing time.
