RFE after 85 days
Hi guys. I got an RFE sent to me 85 days from PD 12/12/2016
. Do you think there is a chance still to receive the EAD before i reply to the RFE?
Also I didn't receive the letter yet but I'm assuming is on the sponsor not having enough encome. My husband is the sponsor but my mother in law the joint sponsor and she made more in 2016 than 2015. So is it better to send her irs transcript for 2016 15 14 and my husband's the same I initially sent because he didn't file yet this year. I hope this makes sense.
