Hi all...my last post was 4 Feb 2017
I am in South Florida and I am working with an Attorney for my AOS matter to change my status after marrying my beautiful wife.
my Case number starts with MSC
Dec 13 2016 - Documentation rec'd by USCIS
Dec 31 2016 - acknowledgement receipt received
Jan 27 2017 - Did bio-metrics.....(Kendall - South Florida)
Today (March 12 2017) is day 90 since USCIS rec'd my documents.......and nothing yet....no EAD approval...nothing, nada, Zip, Zero.
I am going to ask my attorney to raise a service request Tomorrow (day 91) to see what is happening....
is there anyone out there with similar timelines and information that is wiling to share experiences....???
