I130, I485, I765 timeline California
Hi everybody, i wanted to share my timeline in the hope of hearing experiences from other CA residents:
Oct 3rd: Filed I130, I485, I765
Oct 7th: Received receipt
Nov 16th: Biometrics appointment (which I had to reschedule)
Dec 5th: new Biometrics appointmen
jan 31st: called USCIS for update on I765
Feb 5th: received EDA
Feb 13th: applied for SSN
Feb 20th: received SSN
The status for I130 and I485 hasn't change since the beginning and its still saying that the application was received in october....
It's been a total of 5 months now and i was wondering if someone in the San Diego area has the same experience?
I am a German citizen, married to a US citizen.
I am trying to be patient, but its getting harder and harder :(
I'd appreciate any info!
