Had Interview today, Fresno, CA
So today I had my interview I was very nervous and had everything well documented (full binder).
My lawyer, my wife and me went in at 12.50 (appointment was at 1.15). We got called in at 1.10 Approximately.
Upon entering the officers office he swore us in and asked for updated medical.
After I gave him that, he said "We're gonna approve your case off course" and I was like What is going on?
He then talked to my Lawyer about the medical that some field offices are not as strict etc but Fresno is.
Asked me what my wife does, at which I told him she works for Uber, then he started talking about that.
He made me sign 2 - 3 things one of which was that I haven't left the country since I arrived.
He asked for our documents and put them in the binder and said: " thats just for when u apply for form I-751."
He then stood up and so did my lawyer and we walked out and he told me, so you can travel with your greencarid etc.. just make sure you don't lose it. (told him I lost my Drivers license from my home country).
My Lawyer said that he was " the unicorn of the office" and usually approves cases, but god I was nervous for this and it was over in 5 minutes!
we were literally back out on the street at 1.21 pm!
