How to Speak to IO officer
Hey guys,
For those of you who previously called uscis and asked to speak with a Level 2 immigration officer, what's the procedure? Or better yet, what did you tell the representative. I called and ask to speak to IO a few days ago, because I wanted to know what's going on with my EAD, but was told that the IO said that they are not to transfer any more calls to them for the rest of the day.
My priority date is December 19th. And I recently opened an SR, but when I checked online it showed that my SR case for I-765 is currently not assigned to an officer.
