3rd SR was completed but received no response in email
Hi Guys,
Early December filer here, PD Dec 6 (marriage based concurrent filing)
On the 75th day, I submitted an e-request for my EAD, and received a response in my e-mail that it was assigned to an officer and under review and that they will send me NOA shortly.
Then 90th day came, still no update so I sent another e-service request and the same day, got the same response in my email.
Then yesterday, I called the USCIS and raised my third SR on the phone and the case history reflected that it was assigned to an officer again. Upon checking my online case history today, it says, on march 16, we sent a response to your inquiry about the status of your Employment application number xxxxxx and it was completed.
However, I have received completely nothing on my email, even a default email.
Has any of you experienced this? I would appreciate your input please. Thank you all.
