Citizenship (Naturalization)
Hey guys I'm not sure exactly how long the Naturalization process takes but most of my friends got their in 4-5 months

But this is my experience.

I filed my N400 in July and I got invited to do my biometrics in August 28th 2016. I then received my letter for the interview in December, my interview date was January 25th.
3 Weeks after that I got my oath ceremony letter. My oath ceremony is on the 29th of March

I also applied to NYPD in June which required U.S citizenship and I was called in for a interview on the 23rd.
I wrote and also called the recruiter explaining them.my issue.
That I am not yet a U.S Citizen but I will be 6 days after my interview. I was told to bring in a copy of the oath ceremony letter to 1 Police Plaza (Police Headquaters) as proof.

All in all my oath ceremony is 13 days from today and I am very excited because I of the 2 very gracious opportunities.
My Citizenship and NYPD. (Once I get the job)

Roughly I would say it all took 8 months.

Hope this was a help... (NYC)
