Adjustment of Status - I-485

I need your comments on what possibly what could be going on with my case

I submitted my application for i-130, i-485, i-765 marriage base

My priority date is December 20 2015.

October 20 2016 I had my first interview everything seems to go well, all questions were answered though during our interview we had two female immigration officer in the office at the same time and we were both not seperated, after the interview she said that I'll need to submit a new medical form that she'll mail me a letter to that effect in two weeks which didn't happen after four month we did info pass and went to the office with the new medical since we didn't get the mail requesting for new medical after four months of waiting though we didn't meet the officer so we dropped the new medical at the front desk two weeks later we got a mail inviting us for a second interview which took place February 25 2017 which lasted for up to four hours then we were both separated then she said we'll get a mail in four months time. Its kinda weird because my marriage is 101% genuine. Is the office just been mean or what .....My case is different from what I have read...what should I do
