Boston Field office delays?
Hello,
I submit my I-130,I- 485 and I-765 March 2016 marriage based
March 2016I received my notice of action
April 2016 I did biometrics
April 2016 they request for evidence
April 2016 28th they received the request for evidence
May 2016 I got my EAD
March 2017 - I am still waiting for my interview date. I have put in a couple service requests and they respond saying they have delays due to work load no related to my case. Last service request was answered on February 17th, 2017. I was just wondering if anyone is or has experienced any delays this long especially at the Boston, MA filed office.
