DECEMBER 15-29th FILERS PLEASE SHARE
Hey Guys
Any of you December filers receive any update on EAD or interview as yet? At least filers with priority date December 15-29th. My priority date is December 19th and I have not receive any update as yet. That said, just so you guys know, I called USCIS a few days ago and spoke with a Tier 2 officer. I asked him about the status of my EAD and he told me that they approve applicants EAD cards within 90-95 days. I also opened an SR like 3 weeks ago and 3 days ago, my status changed from case not assigned to an officer, to your case was assigned to an officer. Now, I'm unsure as to when my case will be approved.
Does anyone know how long it takes to be approve after the case has been assigned to an officer?
