How does one go about getting the Congress person's help?

I already know who my representative is. What information would I need to give?

See, what had happened was: my card was mailed on the 14th. It got here on the 17th...but they sent it back because someone on USCIS's end forgot to put the street address. I sent a request to resend the card and it told me to expect an answer by April 12. Everyone I've spoken to at USCIS for the week has either been uninformative or downright dismissive and borderline rude.

Fed up doesn't begin to describe how I'm feeling. Next Tuesday will make FOUR months since they received my case (PD Nov 28). I have things I need to do. I did not imagine I'd be waiting this long.
