Adjustment of status through marriage but had DACA
Hey everyone,
I found this website very interesting and love how is helping others..
I have a question about my status and hopefully you guys can help me
I always had my DACA documents since when it came out, then I met someone who is a us citizen and we got married about a year ago so we sent out our adjustment of status form in November on the 28th they received the forms and In December I got a date for my fingerprints which was January 13th I did that but since then they havent changed anything online except last week they sent me my EAD card valid for a year....
they havent sent us a date for the interview or anything yet... is this normal? we're like freaking out cuz so many people say it only takes a couple months
We live in Boston btw ... is anyone else going through the same process?
