My Process time took 1 year and 1 month
Hi all,

I have posted here a few times before and here are a couple of updates in my process. I have found this forum very helpful and I hope that my experience gives hope and peace to those of you whose process is taking a long time.

USCIS received my application on February 26, 2016.
Biometrics appointment March 22, 2016
In Line for an interview notification November 19, 2016
Interview Scheduled Notification received on January 26, 2017
Interview on March 3, 2017
"In line for an Oath Ceremony" notification on March 13, 2017
"Oath Ceremony Scheduled" notification on March 15, 2017
Oath Ceremony received in the mail on 3/22/17
Oath Ceremony will be tomorrow 3/24/2017

I am FINALLY going to become a US Citizen tomorrow. My process took a year and a month. I am becoming a citizen exactly one year after i did my biometrics.

If you feel like your case is taking a long time, I say it's normal for some cases to take longer than others. I am still not sure ( and i dont think i will ever know) why mine took so long but i am glad it will finally be over.

Wishing good luck to all of you!!

PS: I live in San Diego County. I have been a US Permanent Resident since 1999.
