How to speak to level 2 officer?
What is the process to speak to a level 2 officer? My PD is Dec 22 2016 and no update yet on EAD/AP
I called customer service last week to check what's going on and the guy just said nothing wrong with your case, they just have a huge backlog
But, i want to speak to a level 2 officer because i need advance parole to be able to travel to see my mother
